Oaxaca on Saturday night

Dear Friends and Patrons,
Oaxaca, the deep heart of Mexico, the home of the Maya, giver of food to the world. Avocado, tomato, Corn and chilly and so much else. When I discovered  that Chilly came from the new world, it shook me to my Indian gastronomic core. Indian food or Thai food in a time before Chilly! How much we have been gifted...
In homage to that (and my Mexican chilly collection thanks to my old friend Barry) we visit Mexico.
